Eicosanoid / Lipid metabolising CYP projects
  • Investigating the roles of lipid metabolizing enzymes in immune and vascular function
  • Investigating the roles of lipid metabolizing enzymes in metabolic cell function
  • Transcriptional regulation of lipid metabolizing CYP enzymes
  • Epoxygenase response to uraemia
  • Molecular modelling of lipid metabolizing enzymes
  • Receptors and functions for CYP lipid products

Nuclear receptor projects
  • The roles of nuclear receptor PPARbeta/delta in endothelial cell function and angiogenesis
  • The metabolic control of angiogenesis
  • Xenosensing of vascular and immune cells: the role of xenosensing nuclear receptors
  • Vascular drug metabolism pathways
  • Novel vascular and inflammatory nuclear receptors and co-regulators
